"When I first met Jeret I had no clue about powerlifting at all, I had just started working out and had no idea what I was doing. Jeret, an older kid from my school that I had never talked to took me under his wing and started helping me with my lifting. He got my squat from 2 plates to 4 while working around back issues, my bench press increased well over 100lbs and my deadlifts took off from 275lbs to 440lbs. "In my short time coaching with JJ I've made incredible progress. The results have been clear and I can't wait to see what I, as well as the whole team can get done in the near future. JJ always works his magic in every block. On social media and in person at the gym I see a lot of people failing in training whereas with JJ any target weight given has been hit, especially on PBs/PRs. The communication aspect has been great and consistent, despite living in different countries with an 8 hour time difference.
